Tambayata itace menene hukuncin matar da ta sha maganin tsaida Al'ada alokacin aikin hajji.

وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله.
ﺍﻟﺤﻤﺪ ﻟﻠﻪ ﺭﺏ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻟﻤﻴﻦ ، ﻭﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺳﻴﺪﻧﺎ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﻭﻋﻠﻰ ﺁﻟﻪ ﻭﺻﺤﺒﻪ ﺃﺟﻤﻌﻴﻦ، ﻭﺑﺎﻟﻠﻪ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﻓﻴﻖ،
Da farko dai dawafin ifaadha rukuni ne acikin rukunnan aikin hajji, baya faduwa ga mace mai haila ko waninta. Amma mace mai haila bazata yi zagayen dakin ka'aba ba (dawafin dakin ka'abah) har sai idan tayi tsarki (Abin nufi shine idan jinin haila ya dauke mata kuma tayi wankan tsarki). Saboda fadar Manzon Allah (sallallahu alaihi Wa sallam);
ﻗﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻟﻌﺎﺋﺸﺔ ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻨﻬﺎ ﺣﻴﻦ ﺣﺎﺿﺖ ﻓﻲ ﻋﻤﺮﺓ ﺣﺠﻬﺎ - ﻭﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﻣﺘﻤﺘﻌﺔ:- (ﺍﻓْﻌَﻠِﻲ ﻛَﻤَﺎ ﻳَﻔْﻌَﻞُ ﺍﻟْﺤَﺎﺝُّ ﻏَﻴْﺮَ ﺃَﻥْ ﻻ ﺗَﻄُﻮﻓِﻲ ﺑِﺎﻟْﺒَﻴْﺖِ ﺣَﺘَّﻰ ﺗَﻄْﻬُﺮِﻱ).
ﺭﻭﺍﻩ ﺍﻟﺒﺨﺎﺭﻱ (1650) ﻭﻣﺴﻠﻢ (1211).
Annabi (sallallahu alaihi Wa sallam) yace da Uwar Muminai Aisha (radiyallahu anha) a lokacin da take haila a Umrah ta hajjinta - kuma hajjin tamattu'i ne, "Ki aikata duk abinda mahajjata ke aikatawa saidai banda dawafin daki sai idan kinyi tsarki".
(Bukhari, 1650. Muslim, 1211)
An fada acikin Al-Mawsuu'ah Al-Fiqhiyyah (18/320) cewa babu sabanin ra'ayi a tsakanin malamai akan cewa haila baya hana mace aikata kowane irin aiki na hajji saidai dawaafi. Saboda Manzon Allah (sallallahu alaiho Wa sallam) yace da Aisha "Ki aikata komai na hajji amma banda dawaafin dakin ka'abah".
Babu laifi mace tasha maganin da zai dakatar da zuwan al'adarta ko ya takaita lokacinta domin ta samu tayi dawaafi.
An tambayi Sheikh Abdul-Azeez bin Bazz (rahimahullah) cewa "Meye hukuncin matar da ta sha maganin hana al'ada a ranakun aikin hajji?"
Sai ya Amsa da cewa:
Babu laifi a hakan, domin acikin hakan akwai fa'idah da maslaha, saboda ta samu damar yin dawafi tareda mutane kuma batareda tasa abokan tafiyarta sun tsaya jiranta yin dawafi ba.
Fataawa Al-Islamiyyah (2/185).
Abdurrazzaq (rahimahullah) ya ruwaito acikin Musannaf (1/318) cewa an tambayi Ibn Umar (radiyallahu anhu) gameda mace wacce jinin al'adarta yake daukar lokaci mai tsawo yana zuwa mata, tana so tasha magani domin jinin ya tsaya, Ibn Umar baiga laifi ba a yin hakan, sannan ya nuna yin amfani da ruwan Araak (yace tayi amfani da ruwan Araak a matsayin maganin tsayar da jinin haila). Mu'ammar yace naji an tabayi Ibn Abi Nujayh akan hakan, kuma (shima Ibn Abi Nujayh) baiga wani laifi ba akan hakan.
Wannan shine ra'ayin Shaikhul Islam Ibn Taimiyyah da Ibn Qayyim da Bin Bazz da Ibn Uthaimin kuma shine ra'ayin Malaman Al-lajnatu al-da'imah na kasar Saudiyyah.
