T618: Shin wajibcin kasaru a kan matafiyi ya shafi dukkan sallolin farilla ne ko kuma ya shafi wasu daga cikinsu ne kawai…?
A: Wajibcin yin kasaru ya shafi sallolin farilla na ranaku masu raka’oi hudu ne kawai, wadanda su ne sallolin azahar da la’asar da lisha. Ba a yin kasaru wa sallolin magariba da asubahi.
T619: Mene ne sharuddan wajibcin yin kasaru ga matafiyi a salloli masu raka’oi hudu
A: Sharudda guda takwas ne:
(1). Dole ne tafiyar ta zamanto ta kai “farsaki” takwas (kimanin kilomita 45 ko mil 24) tafiya, ko kuma dawowa, ko kuma tafiya da dawowa da sharaɗin kada tafiyan ta gaza farsaki hudu.
(2) Ya zamanto yana da niyyar isa ga wannan haddi na farsaki takwas yayin fita zuwa tafiyar. A saboda haka idan mutum bai yi wannan niyya ba yayin fitar nasa, ko kuma ya yi niyyar kasa da haka to amma bayan isarsa inda ya yi niyya, sai ya sake yin niyyar tafiya wani guri na daban ta yadda daga wajen da yaken zuwa inda zai je na biyu din bai kai gwargwadon da shari’a ta yarda da shi ba wajen kasaru, amma idan da zai hada dukkan tafiyar guda biyu (wato daga gidansa zuwa waje na biyu) za su kai hakan, to a wannan hali ba zai yi kasaru ba saboda rashin niyyar isa haddin kasaru tun daga farko, don haka zai cika sallarsa ne.
(3) Dawwamar wannan niyya (ta cika farsaki takwas) har ya kai wannan haddin. A saboda haka idan da zai sake niyya a tsakiyar tafiyar kafin ya isa ga haddin farsakhi hudu, ko kuma ya fara kokwanto, to daga nan hukuncin kasaru ya fadi a kansa ko da yake sallar kasarun da ya yi kafin nan ta inganta.
(4) Kada ya yi niyyar yanke wannan tafiya tasa ta hanyar wucewa ta garinsu ko kuma niyyar zama a wani guri na tsawon kwanaki goma, ko kuma fiye da haka.
(5) Tafiyar ta kasance ta halas ce a mahangar shari’a. A saboda haka idan tafiyar ta kasance don sabon Allah ce ko kuma ta haram ce, shin ita tafiyar ce ta haramun kamar gudu daga filin yaki, ko kuma manufar tafiyar ce ta haramun kamar yin tafiya don yin sata (fashi), to a irin wannan hali mutum ba zai yi kasaru ba, zai cika sallarsa ne.
(6) Kada matafiyin ya kasance daga cikin irin mutanen da suke tafiya tare da gidajensu ne kamar fulanin da ba su da takamammen muhalli, suna yawo ne duk inda suka sami ruwa da ciyawa sai su zauna a gurin.
(7) Kada tafiya ta kasance aikin mutum kamar direbobi da matuka jirgin ruwa da dai sauransu, haka kuma ya hada har da wanda aikinsa ya ta’allaka ne da yin tafiya wato aikinsa tattare take cikin tafiye-tafiye.
(8) Isa ga “haddin tarakkhus”, abin da ake nufi da ‘haddin tarakkhus’ shi ne wurin da ba zai ji kiran sallar garinsu ba ko kuma ba zai ga ganuwar garinsu ba.
