HUKUNCIN WANDA YA KWANTA DA MATAR SA ALHALI TANA JININ HAILA

Da sunan Allah mai rahama mai jin kai, da ikon Allah wannan shine bayani na takwas kuma kamar yadda nayi maku bayani cewa in shaa Allah acikin wannan rubutun zamu yi bayani ne akan hukuncin wanda yaje ya tara da matarsa alhali lokacin tana under jinin haila ko jinin biiqi (haihuwa) kuma zamuyi bayani ne da hujjoji daga Littãfin Allah ta'ala da kuma Hadisan Annabi tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata a gareshi, muna fatan Allah ta'ala ya taimake mu.

Duk wanda yaje ya sadu da matar Alhali tana yin jinin haila to ya sa6a ma Allah kuma ya sa6a wa Manzon Allah tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata a gareshi, domin kuwa sunyi hani da aikata haka kamar yadda mukayi bayani acikin rubutun mu daya gabata kuma duk munyi bayani akan itama matar Haramun ne tayi masa biyayyah a wannan lokacin dogaro da hadisi ingatacce,

Hadisi yazo acikin Sunan na Tirmidhiy daga Abiy-Hurairah Allah ya kara masa yarda yace, lallai Manzon Allah tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata a gareshi yace "DUK WANDA YA KWANTA DA MATAR SA ALHALI TANA JININ HAILA, KO KUMA YA KWANTA DA MATAR SA TA DUBURA KO KUMA YAJE WAJEN BOKA, TO HAKIKA YA KAFIRCE MA ABINDA AKA SAUKAR WA ANNABI MUHAMMAD S, A, W) Duba Sunan na Tirmidhiy hadisi na 116
.
Imamun-Nawawy Rahimahullah yace "Dukkanin musulmin da ya kudurce cewa ya halatta mutum ya kwanta da Matar sa alhali tana yin jinin haila, wato ya sadu da ita ta farji to hakika wannan mutumin ya kafirta, yayi ridda ya fita musulunci, amma idan mutum ya aikata hakan ba tare da yana mai halatta wa ba:- Idan ya kasance ya aikata hakan da mantuwa ko kuma jahili ne baisan meye haila bama shi kwata-kwata a rayuwar sa, ko kuma jahili ne baisan cewa Haramun bane saduwa da mace alhali tana yin jinin haila ko kuma yana ganin makaruhi ne, to babu komai akan sa kuma babu kaffara akan sa, amma idan ya kwanta da ita alhali tana yin jinin haila da gan-gan kuma yasan jinin haila matar take yi kuma ya tabbatar cewa saduwa da mace alhali tana yin jinin haila Haramun ne amma yaje ya sadu da ita, to hakika ya fadawa sa6on Allah mai girma a wajen Imam Shafi'ey lallai wannan zunubi ne mai girman gaske, ya zama wajibi a gareshi daya tuba zuwa ga Allah madaukakin sarki, kuma wajibi ne sai yayi kaffara kamar yanda jamhur suka tafi akai" (Duba Sharh Muslim na Imamun-Nawawy 3/402)

YANDA AKE YIN KAFFARA:- Sheikh Abdul-Azeemu Badwiy Allah madaukakin sarki ya kiyaye shi yace "Zance da yafi tabbatuwa shine yin kaffara ga wanda ya sadu da ita alhali tana yin jinin haila wajibi ne, saboda hadisi ya tabbata daga Ibn Abbas Allah ya kara masa yarda yace, lallai Manzon Allah tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata a gareshi yace dangane da hukuncin wanda yaje wa matar sa alhali tana haila sai yace "Zaiyi dadaqah da Dinare ko Rabin Dinare" (Duba Sunan na Ibn Maajah hadisi na 523 Abu-Dawuda hadisi na 264 Tirmidhiy hadisi na 136 Bulughul-Maram hadisi na 157) kuma wannan itace fatawar Albany acikin littafinsa Samarul-Mustadaabah, duk da wasu sunyi kokari wajen tabbatar da cewa wannan hadisin ba maganar Annabi bace maganar sahabi ce, to zance mafi Inganci shine wannan hadisi ne marfuu'ey,

KARIN BAYANI AKAN YANDA AKE KAFFARA:- "Lallai Ibn Abbas Allah ya kara masa yarda baiyi kasa a gwiwa ba wajen ganin yayi bayani akan wannan hadisin daya ruwaito daga Annabi, yace " Karin bayani domin tabbatar da fahimtar wannan hadisi ya shafi farkon zuwan jini ne da kuma karshen sa, domin kuwa ya tabbata daga Ibn Abbas Allah ya kara masa yarda yace (Mauquuf) :-" Lallai ga wanda ya sadu da Matar sa alhali tana yin jinin haila farkon farawar ta wato a lokacin data fara to wannan zaiyi sadaqah da Dinare cikakke, amma wanda ya gaza hakuri jinin hailar ya dauke alhali kwanakin sun kusa cika yaje ya kwanta da Matar sa to lallai zaiyi sadaqah da Rabin Dinare" (Duba acikin Sunan na Abiy-Dawuda hadisi na 238 ko kuma kaduba Al-wajiiz 53),

Don haka dai yaku 'yan uwa duk wanda ya sadu da matar sa alhali tana yin jinin haila to ya aikata babban zunubi wanda kuwa ya halatta hakan to in Allah ya yarda ya kafirta ya zama arne, ke kuma 'yar uwa ta idan mijin ki ya nemeki alhali kina jinin haila Haramun ne ki amince masa, Alhamdulillah wannan shine karshen fai-fai na 008 in shaa Allah acikin rubutun mu na gaba zamuyi bayani ne akan ABUBUWAN DA SUKA HALATTA GA MAI JININ HAILA, Allah yasa Mudace
